Taylor Swift’s Favourite Kebab Shop in London

Kentish Delight, a kebab shop in Kentish Town can stake claim to be Taylor Swift’s favourite kebab restaurant in London. And quite possibly now the most famous kebab shop in the world.

When Taylor Swift was dating English actor Joe Alwyn she regularly visited the takeaway shop. The kebab shop located on Kentish Town Road, subsequently featured in the 2017 music video for Swift’s song End Game.

In June 2024, when the pop singer was performing her Eras tour at Wembley Stadium she pre-ordered 45 large chicken donors for her crew on the opening night.

A source told The Sun newspaper: “It’s a big order but the kebab house can handle it. Taylor adds garlic sauce to hers, as well as heaps of salad.”

Kentish Delight’s owner Ahmed Khan, understandably feels “very happy” about his shop being Taylor Swift’s favourite London kebab shop. He told the BBC: “From Taylor Swift, we get many, many, orders. ….Many times she comes in here and order from us, then she like the food and then they decided to make a music video here.”

Khan also told the BBC that Swift and her team always tipped well.

Taylor Swift brought more than 60 crew with her when she recorded her new video at Kentish Delight.

In the music video the superstar singer visits some of the places she went to when she first began dating Alwyn. The video also includes his local pub, an alleyway and a trip on a London night bus.
