New Banksy appears on Pall Mall

A new Banksy appeared in Central London yesterday (Wednesday April 29th).
This time its not graffiti but a sculpture standing atop a realistic, but plastic, plinth.

The satirical sculpture of a man striding confidently off the plastic plinth with a wind blown flag wrapped around his face is presumably a comment on the ludicrous nature of flag waving patriots.
